No health risk from mobile phone masts?

So there’s nothing to worry about – healthwise – from mobile phone masts. That’s certainly reassuring – for most of us.

Mobile phone masts are not responsible for the symptoms of ill health some blame them for, say researchers at the University of Essex. Dozens of people who believed the masts triggered symptoms such as anxiety, nausea and tiredness could not detect if signals were on or off in trials under laboratory conditions. However, some people have very real symptoms – so what is causing those?

    I suspect it’s some form of future shock. That would account for the reported improvements in the condition when they sufferers reduce the technological impacts in their lives, or when they deploy ‘magical’ cures (often pseudo-scientific devices).
