The same moment, from another point of view


Everyone in the town were on the move. You'd think there were no pubs open, they all had their drinks out on the street.

Me, Mickey and Brad had a good ole time eyein' up the girls in the Old Swan, but it started fillin' up, so we went off fer a game o' pool in the New Brunswick.

Couldn't hardly get up the street fer the piss-artist trendies comin' t'other way!

"The heat brings 'em out like maggots," Mickey said.

I thought that were quite clever, but Brad weren't havin' any.

"Load o'rubbish!" he said, loud as he could.

We managed to barge our way through. No-one were goin' to stop us gettin' our game.
